We have 7 certified packing specialists on staff. Our team is able to provide the best quality service for your needs. If your guest forgets an heirloom bracelet, their work laptop or an entire suitcase, we take care of it for you. We are authorized to ship FedEx, UPS and USPS. We also offer international and expedited services.

1. Hotel Pick Up- We come to the hotel, and pick up your guests’ lost items. It doesn’t matter if it is as small as an LD, or as large as a suitcase
2. Packaging- We have 7 certifed packing specialists on staff who are able to best serve your packing needs.
3. Simple Form- We provide an easy to fill out form for your guests’ items. Simply provide their name, the ship to address, their phone number, e-mail address , any shipping service requirements and credit card information for the payment. We will contact you with any questions and provide an itemized email receipt for your shipped items
4. Shipped to Guest- With an e-mail receipt to your guest, we will provide a tracking number for their package.
